During your purchase, an estimated delivery date will be sent to you. Please note that the estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. It is calculated automatically based on the total time it takes to complete your order, production and send your delivery to your shipping address.
The estimated delivery time is based on delivery to the main cities. Please take into account that additional time is required for delivery in remote areas. Shisharia is not responsible for late deliveries to remote areas or regions where postal services only operate on specific schedules or addresses outside the mainland.
If payment is made by bank transfer or if your payment is not made immediately, the estimated delivery time will be calculated from the day the payment is received. Shisharia does not assume any responsibility or refund of shipping costs due to such delay.
Your order will be delivered by different shipping service providers. The delivery time may vary depending on your address. You will be notified when your package leaves our offices and a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during your purchase. All of our packages are insured during transit. Please make sure you are available to receive your package at the time of delivery. Shisharia Ltd. will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package was returned to the dispatcher due to unavailability, BLACKCOCO's reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of redelivery.
If you did not receive a tracking number, please also check your spam/junk folder. If you do not know your tracking number or the delivery status has not changed for several days on the carrier's website, please contact our customer support team so they can look into the matter for you. In case of any problems, Shisharia Ltd will contact the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little hassle as possible.
Please check your package before accepting delivery. Refuse to receive the package and file a claim with the carrier immediately if your package has been damaged in transit.
Deliveries can only be made to physical home or business addresses. For orders that must be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, please ensure that your credit card or financing company has this alternate delivery address on file so that the processing of your order is not delayed.
For your security, shipping and billing addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. If you are not available at the address provided at the specified delivery time, then please contact our customer service department to verify the possibility of picking up the shipment and rescheduling it for another date.
